This policy covers the website at aevaryn.com, operated by Aevaryn ("Aevaryn", "we", "us"). Aevaryn is not currently an incorporated entity; this policy will be updated to name the entity once one is formed.

What this policy does and does not cover

It covers this website only. Our products are separate services, run separately, and each has its own privacy policy that governs the data you give it:

• ProfitableHaul.com — see its own privacy policy.
• TheMusicCord.com — see its own privacy policy.

Nothing you do on this website creates an account with, or sends any data to, either product.

What we collect

There are exactly four ways this site can receive information about you.

Analytics, only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2 and is set to denied by default, which means that until you press Accept it sets no analytics cookies and collects no personal data. If you accept, it may collect: pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address (not the full IP), device type, browser and operating system, and a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie.

We do not run advertising on this site. The advertising signals — ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization — stay denied permanently and are never turned on, whatever you choose.

Server logs

Cloudflare, our host, automatically records standard technical information when a page is served: IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. This happens for every website on the internet, is necessary to deliver the page and to defend against abuse, and is not affected by your cookie choice. These logs are kept for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

The research form

At the foot of the home page there is a form asking what tool you wish existed in your industry. If you choose to fill it in, we receive your name, the industry you picked, what you wrote, your email address, and your phone number if you supplied one — phone is optional. You must tick a box before it will send, and that tick is your consent for us to keep the submission and reply to it.

We use it to decide what to build next. There is no mailing list: the only email you could receive is a direct reply to what you sent. We never sell or share what you send. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving alternative to a CAPTCHA that checks you are not a bot without profiling you or setting advertising cookies. Submissions reach us by email through Resend.

Email you send us

If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to include. We keep correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we never have.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not run advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking.
• We do not use this site's data to make automated decisions about you.
• We do not ask for or store payment details here.

Cookies, and changing your mind

Before you make a choice, this site stores one thing locally: nothing. After you choose, it stores a single entry in your browser's local storage (aevaryn.consent) recording whether you accepted or declined, so the banner does not ask again. That entry is not a cookie, is never transmitted to us, and contains no personal data.

If you accepted, Google Analytics also sets its own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*), which expire after up to two years.

Who processes your data

Google acts as our analytics processor and may process data on servers in the United States and elsewhere. See Google's Privacy Policy and its data processing terms.

Cloudflare hosts this site and does three things with your data. It serves the pages and keeps standard server logs in order to do so. It runs the small server-side function that handles the research form, so the contents of that form pass through it. And it provides Turnstile, the anti-bot check on that form, which may use your IP address and basic browser signals to decide whether you are a bot. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Resend delivers research form submissions to our inbox, and processes the contents of the form in order to send that email. See Resend's privacy policy.

The typeface is served from our own server, not from Google Fonts or any font CDN. Apart from the services named on this page, this site makes no third-party requests.

If you are in the UK, EEA or Switzerland, transfers to the United States are made under the transfer mechanisms those providers offer, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

Legal bases (UK & EEA visitors)

• Analytics — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Server logs and security — our legitimate interest in delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.
• Research form submissions — your consent, given by ticking the box before you send it. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
• The anti-bot check on that form — our legitimate interest in stopping the form being abused.
• Correspondence — our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent you previously gave.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.

California residents

Under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, the categories of personal information this site may collect are identifiers (IP address, a randomly generated analytics identifier if you accepted, and your name, email address and phone number if you submit the research form), commercial information (the industry you selected and what you wrote), and internet or other electronic network activity (pages viewed, referring site, device and browser information).

We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not sell or share it now — including as those terms are specifically defined for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information.

You have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still decline analytics using the banner. Submit requests to [email protected].

Children

This site is a company information page and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the threshold. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Retention and security

Analytics data, if you allow it at all, is retained for 2 months — the shortest setting Google Analytics offers, and its default. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period. Correspondence and research form submissions are kept as long as they are useful — a submission, for as long as the idea is still under consideration — and deleted on request.

The site is served over HTTPS. No website can promise perfect security, but this one holds almost nothing worth stealing — there are no accounts and no payment details on it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will make that clear rather than quietly amending the text.
